Abstract

Medical education is different in each country, taking into account the need for the progressive development of new approaches or educational techniques that facilitate the learning of new doctors, which in theory is simple but in practice is difficult due to the high amount of content and time required for the training of quality doctors capable of facing any situation. It tends to estimate that all doctors are trained to teach and that is why their students learn, which is wrong and from the past, since it has been demonstrated by different methods of self-evaluation that teaching in medicine is complex, being necessary to implement programs that favor the development of teachers in medicine given that they are fundamental as components of the teaching-learning process.
